History

Delivered new in Germany in September 1989, this example was specified with several upgrades that would later become standard for the 1990 model year. In November of the same year, the car was exported to Japan, where it remained until August 2005.

The vehicle was then exported to Canada, where it resided until April 2021, when it was acquired by The Patina Collective in Florida. During its time there, the car was displayed as part of the History of AMG exhibit on the main floor of the museum, highlighting its significance as an authentic period AMG-equipped example.
